Herring Sanitation’s first few customers were Commercial Accounts. Carol’s Hamburgers and Holiday Inn in Fishkill were some of our first calls.  $30 per 1000 gallons was the pumping price in those days.  Since then the price has gone up but so too has the number of commercial accounts that Herring manages. Herring handles most of our commercial customers on an automatic basis so that the business owner can concentrate on running their business and not need to worry about septic or grease trap maintenance.

Whether you are building a new housing complex or adding to an existing one, you will need to ensure the waste created by the new residents is handled properly. If gravity won't do the job, Herring recommends installing a sewage pump station and ensuring its life-long reliability with a regular maintenance contract.
